The owner of this grand lakeside home is one of Bertram Constructions’ frequent clients, both professionally and personally. When it came time to build his dream home, Bertram was his company of choice. The Bertram Construction Team was involved in the early design stage helping the design team led by Ted Handy Architects with constructability and concepts to bring into the design, as there were many very unique pieces to consider.

This Shanty Bay Residence is both modern in design and style of construction. It will be large, and an extremely luxurious residence for the proud owners. Currently, the project is in its final stages of completion with Bertram continuing to meet the clients expectations.
