Lisa Bertram, P.Eng, MBA
Owner, Director and President*
Lisa is currently President and CO of Bertram Construction. Lisa’s responsibilities include overseeing the financial and bonding areas of the business. She oversees the firm’s operation including project management, estimation and field operations. Lisa graduated from Liverpool University with an MBA, and Lakehead University with a degree in Civil Engineering and from Georgian College with a Civil Engineering Technologist diploma.
Curt Snoddon
Vice President of Pre-Construction, Director and Owner
Current owner and V.P. of Preconstruction Services. Curt leads the Estimating & Business Development departments at Bertram Construction, ensuring accuracy and timely execution. He handles client sourcing, proposals, and negotiations, and manages the transition from Estimating to Project Management. With over a decade of experience, Curt specializes in risk management, and planning. His leadership fosters great collaboration and ensures a smooth transition from Preconstruction to Construction. Curt graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University with a BA in Political Science.
Mark Campsall
Vice President of Construction, Director and Owner
Mark, the current owner and V.P. of Construction Services, plays a key role in managing projects and teams, overseeing scheduling, safety, budgeting, procurement, change orders, and financials to ensure efficient execution within budget. He supervises all Project Managers and collaborates with clients, architects, and subcontractors to maintain clear communication and resolve issues. Mark’s commitment to mentoring is vital to achieving project goals and preserving the company’s reputation for excellence. He holds an Architectural Technology diploma from Humber College and is Gold Seal Certified.
