Hyundai Baytowne

Barrie, Ontario

This 25,500sf Multi-Phase Interior/Exterior Renovation commenced as a Construction Management Contract (throughout the Pre-Construction Phase) and converted into a Stipulated Sum Contract (for the Construction Phase). It included a complete Service Area Upgrade & 2,100sf Expansion, with new lifts and new wash bays. The front façade received a face-lift, complete with new ACM panels & signage. The showroom received a new ACM panel ceiling feature complete with new lighting, a new lead car display, and new sales offices.

Rama Retail Cannabis

Rama, Ontario

The site of the new Rama Cannabis Retail Store is in the heart of Rama First Nation Reserve, across the street from Casino Rama. This project included an addition and renovation to the existing structure, which is also home to the Rama First Nation Council Chambers. The new addition consisted of structural steel with load bearing steel stud infills, masonry, steel siding, stone veneer, and large sections of curtain wall. The interior finishes featured polished concrete, an extensive millwork package, and specialty security features required for the operation of a retail cannabis facility. Throughout the full project, including the demolition of the north half and subsequent construction of the addition, the Council Chambers (located on the south half of the building), remained fully operational.

400 Chrysler Dealership

Barrie, Ontario

Completed under a Design-Build Contract, this project takes Car Dealerships to a new level of service. Originally a Marine Vessel Sales Building, this 28,000sf Addition and 13,200sf Renovation to the Existing Building, was modernized and finished with many high-end upgrades such as exterior transitional glass and heated exterior walks. It also included a 20-Bay Drive-thru Service Shop with high speed glass doors, deco-flek epoxy floors, and a Service/Communication Centre that can double as a Ball Room style space for hosting sales events.

Operation Grow Retail & Grow Facility

Midland, Ontario

The Existing 3,800sf Commercial Space was converted into an Indoor Farm Facility that grows fresh produce while providing job opportunities to women who are making use of local shelter support. The Facility features a Yoga/ Meditation Hall, Drop-in Meeting Space, Kitchen, and a Unique Produce-Growing Operation. This project had tight timelines, a tight budget, and presented many challenges found with modifying old buildings.

Pioneer Pools Retail & Warehouse

Barrie, Ontario

This 48,000sf Design-Build Project included 19,000sf of Retail Space, 4,000sf of Assembly Space, 14,000sf of Warehouse Space, and 10,000sf of Tenant Space. The new location was built to merge two local retailers under one roof and offer the largest inventory of pools, spas, equipment, and parts, north of Toronto. The building was completed using Conventional Steel Building with Pre-cast Concrete Insulated Panels. The interior space was mainly open plan, but did include some areas for offices and storage.
